[GAMEPLAY] Trundle Q's AD Reduction not Working Properly

When you Q monster camps as Trundle, it shows them with reduced AD when you look at their stats, but they still do full (pre-AD steal) damage to you.

Step 1 - Note the damage done to you before Q Step 2 - Use Trundle Q on any monster Step 3 - Note the damage done to you after Q (nothing changes)

This might be something that affects Trynd and might be true for minions and champions. This probably explains why I leave the jg with a lot less HP in the first few clears than I used to lol.
