Okay, I just op.gg Cheat Engine and in game I crash because I op.gg the player cheat engine, this isn't okay, you can negatively impact a game over this, people could make their name similar to cheat engine, and if so they could crash op.ggs. Personally, I don't know why I wouldn't make my name cheatengine01 to gain some elo easily.

You crashed because the client checks your web browser processes for any tabs with the words "Cheat engine" in them. It's already been posted many, many times in the Report a Bug section after Vandril released a video on it.

I'm also pretty sure it doesn't apply to Summoner names.
