ARAM NEVER SPAWNED SKIN BOOST BUG?

Loaded in but never spawned, had to completely re-log. Other members of the team had to do the same. By the time we were in game we had lost first tower. It you look at the match log you can see that it shows no item purchase order for four members of my team. The person playing karma was the one who purchased the skin boost and the only one able to read purchase order. What the hell happen???!!!
