[GAMEPLAY] Gangplank - Silver Serpents Gained Without Using Parrrley

When playing as if you parrrley a barrel when it has 3 or 2 hp so that it does not explode, all last hit minions by normal auto attacks will grant silver serpents equal to the amount you would get for that parrrley until gangplank last hits a barrel or dies. The amount of serpents you get also relies on the level of parrrley when you first "start" the bug as well (so if you level 1 Q a barrel and then level up Q the bug still grants the amount you would get from the original level 1 Q).

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Pick Gangplank
2. Reach level 2 and put a point in Q and E
3. Place random barrel and shoot immediately
4. Last hit minions normally for silver serpents
5. Get all 3 ult upgrades sub 25 minutes

I did it unknowingly in a game and realized it was happening then was able to find out how to replicate it in another game. Was not able to test more than twice but it seemed pretty easy to keep doing. If the bug stopped then I could just place a barrel and parrrley it immediately and the bug would return.
