Might be a bug interaction with Kindred ult

I WAS IN ZHONYA'S!!!

The bug probably originates from kindreds ult

LynXerf9/14/2018, 2:44:36 PM2 votes

Gameplay wise - it's a bug.

Thematically, however, it could work!

The zhonya effect is being nullified by Kindred ult.

In other games I've played this isnt a bug, but a mechanic.

Basically, same effects do not stack, so the previous will cancel out the next if they are not timed correctly.

This applied to CC effects as well. You know how you can get cc'd to oblivion by CC heavy teams? Well, imagine if a CC chain actually requiring proper timing to be effective. IMO, it's a much better way to play. It gives more aware players an edge, in all facets, and increases counterplay to CC heavy comps. It also just forces you to use effects in more efficient and effective ways. I mean, if you had timed zhonya's after Kindred ult on your own, you would have gotten a little bit of extra time of invulnerability than if it worked when you timed it like in the video.

I wish Riot would implement this as a mechanic tbh.

no, the hourglass effect ended at the perfect time.. the stasis ended at the exact moment that the bomb popped, and you died right then... you can tell how long the hourglass will last based on it's sound, same with the zilean bomb. and if you listen, they both end at almost the same time, the bomb clearly ends like .2 seconds after the hourglass, but you were still vulnerable.. sorry mate, just bad luck and good (probably accidental) timing..

i swear to god if this is another incident where they removed the invulnerability if the bomb connects like they done with tahm w i'm going to be mad

I remember before I was Xayah and died from Zilean bomb , Got Caught by the first bomb , when it was gonna explode , he sent his second bomb when I was in ult animation , got stunned and died there

Myren Quiddle9/17/2018, 9:15:42 AM1 votes

On a more important note why is the pyke ulting into 5 enemies all full hp.

GreenAjah9/14/2018, 11:25:43 PM1 votes

Lee used stopwatch at 33:07 and died at 33:08, stopwatch effect lasts for 2.5 secs. This is differently a bug. [zombie-brand-facepalm]

Mael Jade9/14/2018, 11:56:25 PM1 votes

It´s an old and known bug, already saw it with Lissandra+Kindred. Basically: Getting the invulnerability switches a number from 0 to 1...Kindred R ending switches it back. You being invulnerable it is just removed. At least that was the explanation last time

PooWho9/15/2018, 3:24:07 AM1 votes

So nobody's gonna talk about how the Lee Sin had Zhonyas in the first place and used it when he was already invulnerable and about to get invulnerable again from the Taric ult?

Still a weird bug.

If I remember correctly, it's because how zonhyas works is that it just marks you as being in stasis and you get the invurn + the untargetability along with the hard cc and gold effect and then removing it after 2.5 secs. However Kindred ult's does that as well for the invurn when you drop below certain hp and lee was already being affected that. So like the zonhyas made Lee sin invurnable and then Kindred ulti ended so it removed the invurnability. I'm pretty sure the invurn from zonhyas and other stuff is the same thing. So like.. Basically. lee sin got invurn when he was already invurn and then the Kindred ult removed it?
