Remaking as 5 People

Hey i'm sure this bug is not exclusive to league but there's a little more to it. When you alt tab a program(say to op.gg or something) and then it just refuses to open back up, happens with like everything and I know its happened to a lot of people. This happened for about 30 secs to a minute or so and i ended up afk between 1st and 2nd tower botside. When i managed to alt tab it back i was greeted by the remake vote and we passed as I assume it wasn't going too well and the team chat wasn't exactly positive. What's frustrating is I ended up losing 16 lp for the remake when the vote was actually called because mid was feeding and flaming and not the ~45 secs i was afk. Maybe I need to go check again what needs to happen in order for a remake to be available to be called but i feel like idiot for possibly being the deciding vote in making myself lose lp and taking a loss. Had i known this i would have played it out and not taken the easy way out because our mid laner was already down 1.insert salt here
