The bug is when you place heimerdinger
Q - Turrets, around a enemy inhibitor it sometimes will not attack, they will just freeze up and can mess up the whole reason of back dooring

I only play heimer, so iv noticed it happen like 10% of games, but sometimes can make the difference of winning or losing a game when they derp and just sit there not doing anything when they are clearly in range.
