Blocked in Champion Select

I'm sure this has been an issue that many of you have encountered before, and I'll be one of you to address the situation to Riot.

As of right now, there's a bug(?) where you get chat-blocked in Champion Select before you even call your role. It's quite an annoying issue as there's typically no way you can go your desired role because everybody else in the lobby gets lucky and you don't. Basically, we want this fixed. I personally would like to request that Riot makes it so you can't get chat-blocked at all in the first 10 seconds of Champion Select.

There's way too many bugs in Champion Select that make it difficult to call your role, such as the champion's abilities popping up over your chat window at the very start of Champion Select, etc...

Please fix this?
