I cant see 4 new Demacia summoner icons

I got 4 Demacia icons yesterday, but I cant see them in inventory. I played several games after that and sometimes summoner icon on loading screen for some players is completely black. I assume its because they use new icons that I cant see for some reason. edit: I cant see icon in collection, but I can see and use them in top right corner. And even if I equip one of those - I see only black space instead of an icon in loading screen.
