Not sure if this is because riot disabled ranked queues during my ranked match or not, but I'm extremely frustrated since my mmr according to op.gg is "quite a bit higher than average." Only got 10 LP rather than my average of 20......
I had the same issue for a game that was being played when the ranked queue was taken down. I average about 20-23 LP and gained 10.
comon guys this isnt the first loss forgiven, u dont get as much lp when u win a game where loss prevention is on

If Riot did disable ranked queues while your ranked match was still going on, then yes, that is why it happened. When Riot disables ranked queues, they enable loss forgiven for any matches that are in progress. When loss forgiven is enabled, the losing team does not lose any LP, but the winning team only gains about half of the LP they would normally get.
