unable to join league voice

Hello, There is an issue with my league voice chat. I have the option to automatically connect me to voice chat when i enter a party enabled. When i join a party i am disconnected. When i open the voice window down to the right and press connect it says that i am connected but no one hears me and i cant hear anyone. Also when i close the voice chat options window and open it again (on the same party) it says that i am disconnected. No matter how many times i repeat it it doesnt fix. I trier repairing the client and my mic and speakers work well. Any help?
