I played a game as Jungle Master Yi, and there were 2 times in which i would auto attack main wolve once, and quickly alpha strike, which resulted in 0/3 wolves attacking me until they died, yet yielded full gold/exp. I haven't played another Yi game yet to retest it.
Were they still doing damage but their attack animations weren't going? I've had that happen before and not just on Yi.
A lot of times it doesn't show their attack animations but they still do proper damage. I haven't seen it where they stopped attacking completely
The bug is entirely cosmetic (as far as I know), and has been around for quite a while. All it does is just that the jungle monster animation would occasionally freeze after Alpha Strike, but it's just the animation, you are still taking the damage from them hit after hit as if they're attacking you normally.
This bug thus has no gameplay impact, but it is still annoying and for some reason Riot hasn't fixed yet.
