[CRASH] Accepting the game then freeze

So this happened to me twice and my friend once, where if you accept the game and it fails then you get stuck with the accept/decline screen. During that screen time it does not allow you to perform any action such as accept/decline the next game found. And then after that happens, in the group lobby it fails to recognize one of your teammate to start the queue.
