[GAMEPLAY] Bot tower not targeting minions

In the last ranked game I played, the bottom outermost tower was not targeting minions and made it difficult to keep off pressure. No other tower except this one showed signs of this bug. It did however target enemy Champions one they attacked an ally champion. It was just the minions it wouldn't hit.

this is a replay this happened in our game just recently, bot tower never targeted enemy champions, or minions. I believe this is only blue side (that I've seen so far)
