Bug On Howling Abyss (ARAM) Kayle and Tahm Kench?

I was playing an ARAM game as Kayle, and we were losing pretty hard. and near the end of the game, some text was flashing on my screen and covering up the whole screen. Right before this happened, Tahm Kench had eaten me, and i used my ultimate directly after he spit me out. I'm not sure if this is the reason that the bug happened or not. Pictures here:
