[Client] Bug with chroma skin in champ select

Usually if you play a champ with a skin and get into champ select after the game the skin is selected if you pick the champ again. For chroma skins - im my case 'Dragon Slayer Vayne Chaos' - it shows the default skin, even so if you don't do anything and load into game the chroma skin is selected.
