Possible xin zhao bug
Whenever I was attacking towers his Q would proc 7 times instead of 3. I'm not sure if this is a known issue as I haven't played xin in quite a long time. I'm not sure if it works on champions too.

his q activates on champs not towers. since it cannot knock up the turret it just remains active until the cd runs out
