Blank Skins Appearing in Champ Select
Basically most times I am in Champion Select, my skin selection bar has way more options than show be there for a champion. Many of these options are blank. Then I can find the skin I want but none of the chromas are selectable. This has been happening since October I believe. It's not every game, but it's more often than not. Sometimes restarting the client helps for a while; sometimes not.
