Leaving Game after it ends

Okay so I just played a ranked game and lost, and the ending cut-scene type thing played when they destroyed our nexus and I never once dc'd or left the game or AFK'd at all... I click continue, and waited a few minutes for the post-game lobby but it wouldn't load so I clicked on "skip waiting for stats" and then went to my profile section to see what my final score and whatnot was. The game wasn't in my match history though, but I thought maybe it just takes a minute for it to show up so I tried to que into another game and it said that I couldn't because I was in a game already and to please try relaunching the game. Every time I completely restart the game, it says "you left a game in progress" or whatever and all I can do is try to reconnect, but when I do it says that it couldn't connect to the server and the game crashed. :c
