Le Blanc using abilities while mid Yasuo ult
can use abilities while mid 
ult, a friend of mine experienced it while we were playing a normal game. He was even killed by the abilities Le Blanc was using, is this a bug or normal?!?!?!?!?!?

If you knock her up and she procs her passive (turns her invisible at 40% health or less, spawns a clone), then she will break free and stop getting hit by your Ult (though, the Ult will finish up the animation). Try to Ult her while the passive is down (or, when she is higher health and it won't proc, but you can finish her afterwards still).
