[Gameplay] Zed W+Q Bug

I realize this is probably well known by now, but Zed has a rather painful bug with his W+Q (swapping to shadow) combo. Normally the combo is meant to throw the shadow, then shuriken as you swap places. With this bug however, while swapping places your shurikens both fire from your shadow (now at your original point) instead of one from each body. A quick video showing the bug is here. The cause of it seems to be casting the combo too slow. In the first part I did the combo with no hesitation between casts while the second one was a tiny bit slower. Hope this helps lead to some sort of fix.
