Unfair in game bug

Hello Riot,

Look at this weird bug my friend got. This is very unfair becuase he could not change the ignite, And not even pick another spell, He was stuck with ignite and nothing. (Can't use the "F" at all). pls check this out. I did'nt deserve the lose. thanks a lot
