Unable to enter game just Crashes over and over and over......

I am trying desperately to get into my ranked match because I know I will be punished for not being in game and punished for losing game etc. I know RIOT gives absolutely no shits about that kind of thing but PLEASE at least help with pinpointing the problem. A crash dump file was created, I did the larger file I believe and it gave me a msg saying it was sending to the developers? Do I send it manually or is it automatically sent through via game connection?
