Can't Login, stuck on Authenticating

Whenever I try to login, I get an unexpected error or it gets stuck on Authenticating.

I've reinstalled, used the full repair in the client, and used the Hextech Repair tool, nothing seems to work.[slayer-jinx-unamused]

Can anyone help?
