recall in aram
i was playing aram and i see recall and whit zed i see his recall whit nother champions too

Hiya!
This is working as intended. You won't actually be able to recall to the base. ^-^ Some players exclusively play ARAM, and we wanted them to be able to see the recall, too!
You can play the recall animation, but not all skins have one, so if you B it may not appear to do anything.
