[CLIENT] Jinx character suddenly not free to play

Since I joined a few days ago I have been using the character Jinx in gameplay, I've done about 10 battles using her and now suddenly her character has to be unlocked and there is no history of me ever playing with that character. Is this a bug?

Jinx is free until you hit level six, then she and 9? other champs get updated with the "Free Champions of the week" thin
