[GAMEPLAY] Disconnect ARMOR/MR buff disappearing

If a disconnected opponent is slain while they have the armor and magic resist buff, they will re-spawn without the buff.

This can be more easily repeated on the Howling Abyss. Pick a character with a ranged move that can attack people on the re-spawn point (Gnar is good at it). Have that character get enough gold to buy a decent amount of resistance shreds. Have a member of the game disconnect, and then attack that character until they are slain. Once they respawn, they will have normal armor and magic resist.
