[Gameplay] Thresh Relic Mechanics
The Relic shield on thresh isn't working properly. Sometimes Threshes autos do not execute minions. I believe this is because of his 3 different auto attacks.

His auto attacks have different animations, but they all Ranged. Ranged basic attacks do not proc the execute damage, only Melee. Last hitting in any way will still proc the heal/gold share.
Relic shield and it's upgrades only execute for melee attacks. Thresh has ranged AA's.
