Relic shield Thresh not executing at correct health.

I was recently playing in a few thresh games while leveling up my account. There were many times where my autos would not execute the minions, through they were well below the thresh~~(haha)~~hold of what should execute. I do not remember if it was only when i would use the Dark Star skin, or if it was applicable to vanilla Thresh. This problem had persisted over at least 2 games, prompting me to shy away from picking one of my favorite supports. FeelsBadMan

A game where you can execute with Thresh and the Relic Shield line items should be sufficient to discern the difference, so long as afterwards, you do use the Dark Star skin.
