Problem with the lol system!??

EVERY TIME I play the game after the champion selection, the game will stop and jump out to a screen says: A critical error has occurred and the process must be terminated. would you like to create a crash dump to aid the developers in troubleshooting this issue?

can any one help me to solve the problems>?
