Severe bug - possibly related to AMD driver updates [CRASH] [CLIENT]

Recently been having either severe crash or gameplay (very low FPS) issues -- seems to be related to either 2020 season releases OR recent AMD driver releases or both -- not sure.

Windows 10 - 64 bit Radeon RX 570 with 20.1.3 driver

Common Symptoms:

Client crashes while loading game. Specifically, stalls at x%. Occasionally can close launcher and client, reopen, and get back in. Client crashes / blackscreen upon game entry Game loads , but FPS is very low (5-7) -- Note: it appears this happens when AMD driver gets shut off mid session Game loads as normal, but random BSOD (typically soon after game starts) Many, Many bugsplats (have been reported/sent)

Sorry I can't be more precise, as I have been trying various steps to fix, including driver rollbacks, Hextech repair tool, setting adjustments, etc. etc.

Update -- Can now verify that AMD driver is crashing on LoL load. After exiting LoL, am able to verify that AMD driver is no longer working.
