10 FPS -> Mini disconnect -> 10 FPS -> Mini disconnect -> 10 FPS -> Mini disconnect

When the in-game session starts ^ happens and I can not functionally play the game. It was fine 3 days ago, that was the last time I played but as of right now it's impossible to play league for me. It happens in custom, training, and regular games.

Although league's always had it's fair share of somewhat overlook-able issues - I've never had a situation that hard prevents me from fundamentally being able to engage with gameplay such as this one.

I hope I'm not the only one suffering from this, my pc runs on a Z390-A Mobo, I5 9600k, 2070 SUPER, Windows 8.
