Mastery Pages Not Working

To whom this may concern, Mastery pages do not seem to be working. Example being on the utilities list the health potions are to turn to cookies/biscuits, I believe its called Culinary Master. While in champ select I click this page because I will be playing support, and in game my pots stay pots. I have shut the game completely down several times and still this occurs.

I'm not sure if others have reported this same problem. I will take screen shots if you want/need me too, just let me know. Thank you for your help in advance.
