Voting for The ALL-STAR Games

Every time I log on and try to vote for the champions and skin I want for this year's ALL-STAR game, it keeps taking my votes away and resets it, so I have to reapply my votes again, which then the process is repeated. Can anyone help me figure out how to fix this? I just want to get the icon and put my input in like any other summoner.
