[GAMEPLAY] Illaoi jumps while snared by LB

So while playing a PvP match, I was going against an LeBlanc top as Illaoi. While snared by her Ethereal Chain, I was still able to use my Harsh Lesson and jump around during the snare's duration on me. It's pretty easy to replicate and could be done every time I was snared.

Were you actually locked in it, or was it still waiting for the timer. Ethereal Chains have a 1.5 second timer where they latch onto you and you're still able to move. And if you're still in the chains after 1.5 seconds, THEN you're unable to move.
