Nocturne Passive / Q bug

When nocturne's Passive is on cooldown, your autoattacks reduce the cooldown by one second. There is a visual effect whenever an ability's cooldown is reduced. Yet the effect is shown on his Q icon in-game and not on his Passive. [Gameplay]
