Evelynn BUG!

I was playing a game where we had an Evelynn on the other team, I kept getting ganked, but not in the way you would think. She would just randomly appear next to me as her skill went off. Me and 3 other team mates also noticed this happening. She would just pretty much stand right next to you and you couldn't see her. She would then R or Q and then she comes out of stealth. RIGHT ON TOP OF YOU! It's so annoying, I want to hear if anyone else had this problem and maybe Riot can do something about this.
