I buy champions, lose my ip and then its like i never bought them

I bought nami yesterday(so i can buy the skin which is on sale) and although everything was working fine and i pressed done i went to the collection it it said "not owned"..although i had lost ALL my ip and she appeares in my purchase history.I send a request to riot yesterday (so the give her to me and i can buy the skin, whose sale ends TODAY) but they dont reply..What could i have done wrong????
