I got into a Leaver Queue when the Client just stopped working.....

I would like to not be penalized when ever my clients stops working. It doesn't happen often but when it does it puts me in a leaver queue. Please if it all possible I would like this to be fixed.

I'm currently having the same problem with the client crashing right before a match. I'm hoping this reinstall I just did will fix the problem.
