Bug with new client

I went to play a ranked game go through the queue and find a game where no champion icons came up and the tab to choose runes and masteries would not open. This forcing me to dodge when I could not ban a champ and making me lose 3lp on an issue I had no control over i will now be going back to the legacy client because it is very disheartening to lose lp on a client mistake
