Can't use or bind MB4/5. Need help!!!

It was working fine the other day until just recently, I began a game with neither of the bindings working. I would like to obtain some help in resolving this issue for it really tilts me.

The buttons work everywhere else but League.

If you're using a gaming mouse that has included software, use that to bind the mouse buttons to keyboard presses. It should work as a temp solution untill Riot can resolve this. I've seen a post or two about this recently, but don't recall any reds having replied on them.
