Dark seal bug

Ah, finally I found a friend! Well same here, doesn't give me AP when I stack it. But later I bought Mejai, and I... clicked sever times on its icon, and it kind of refreshed the stats description, and finally gave me AP according to my stacks. (though I didn't check if this AP was added to my champ stats)

Its been broken since release. Ive been checking it once in a while and still nothing. It shows how man stacks you're suppose to have but doesnt ad AP
