Vi just appearing out of nowhere after she uses Vault Breaker (Q)

Vi repeatedly appeared from nothing after using vault breaker multiple times in a game. There was no animation she would just disappear then reappear in the location the ability would take her. As you can see from the embeded video that I had vision up to the bush but she just appeared next to me instead of me seeing her once she left the bush

I have no clue what causes this and dont know how to even begin attempting recreating this. It did not happen with every time Vi used vault breaker. I only have record of those two and i am unsure if it happened more than this but they are notable enough on their own.
