[Gameplay] Kayn Bug Doesn't Let You Pick a Transformation

Description: Recently I've encountered a Kayn bug that puts on a negative timer onto his transformation dial, which resets to 1:30 when it reaches 0 seconds. It also increases the timer by 1:30 every time you die or level up in game. I've not been able to transform as a result even though the essence bar was already filled previously by both red and blue essences. Replication (Rare):

1. Get essence bar almost full (to the point where the bar is basically full but not triggering the transformation dial)
2. Go get some essence (I believe I had equal blue and red essence, but not 100% sure)
3. Essence bar disappears but now the dials read -1:30
4. Timer reaches 0
5. Resets to -1:30 (If you die or level up, step repeats)

Also, this is the first time I've ever experienced this bug with Kayn, even playing with an allied Sylas.
