[BUG] I lost a game and I went with that loss from bronze 1 to bronze 3! WTF RIOT!

[BUG] So today 15th November 2016 i experienced a pretty stupid bug. So I was placed in flex queve in bronze 3. Because my mmr is way to high I imeadiatly started to go up. I got to my promos in bronze 3 to bronze 2 and because my mmr was too high i went instantly too bronze 1. Here comes the bug : So the first game in Bronze 1 I lost and I have no idea why a text appeard on my screen saying that my grind this season began on bronze 3 AND I DON'T KNOW WHY I WAS PLACED BACK IN BRONZE 3. ARE YOU JOKING WITH ME RIOT? I HAVE BEEN PLAYING RANKED FOR WHAT? COM ON! FIX THIS NOW PLEASE I AM SEARIUSLY MAD AND PLEASE CONSIDER GIVING ME BACK MY LP CAUSE THIS IS DUMB.

You can check my match history for proof that i did more than 10 games and thqt most of them are victories. Riot please see this and please fix this as soon has possibol cause this right here is no fun at all I am considering stopping to play ranked cause of this shit . My summoners name is Reded on EUW.

Read the update. Right at the top of the website. They added a new fix to help matchmaking and if you played your 10 starting games you get a new rank after playing 1 more.

I went from Silver 4 to Silver 5.

There is a bug on my ranked games. I thought that it was just me at the start but now I am sure it is a bug. I did my first series for silver in bronze 1 and I lost 2 games in a row. However, on my second game it said that i had lost my series when you have to lose 3 games in series of bronze to silver. I wasn't sure if it was me or riot so I played more games. I came back in my series and got a free win. I played another game and lost. I looked at my series and i had one win and 2 lossed games. I checked my match history and now I am sure that it is a bug because I only lost one game. WHAT DO I DO? HOW DO I SEND AN EMAIL TO RIOT FOR REPORTING A BUG?
