Bot Banning?

I got perma-banned for botting in a League game and I have no idea how. I have never used a bot and don't even know how to install them especially since I play on a Mac laptop. This is the second time my account has been wrongfully banned and Riot already had to unban me a month ago when they realized their systems were wrong about the Incident. How do I get in contact with someone from Riot because their systems obviously can't detect these things correctly.

You either botted or Riot's shit system is being stupid again.

Your best chances are asking Riot Support.

Account could have been hacked and a bot used it as another possibility.

Try doing the same thing you did last time. Buy a new one that someone botted up to 30 for you.
