Refund Bug (needs to be taken down fast)

When repeating this bug (which is easily done) you buy a skin for a champion and refund the champion after. since you have the skin and you can't buy skins for champions you don't own you get the ip or rp for the champion and keep the champion after so. I cannot give a picture just yet but i will soon.

So, buy skin > refund champion > get ip/rp refund for champion purchase > keep champion? Are you sure it's not just a visual update bug? Have you relogged and still have both the champion and the extra ip/rp?
