[GAMEPLAY] Champion won't move on click while holding ALT key.

The issue started happening on the update where the new devourer item was introduced to the game. 5.13

Normally when you are HOLDING the ALT key you can right click anywhere you want to go and the champion will walk where you clicked but when you buy the new jungle enchantment devourer if you are holding the ALT key and click to move anywhere the champion will not respond as intended. He will not move when you click if you are holding the ALT key.

For me this is an annoying issue since I am used to play Kayle in the jungle and when I am trying to escape or follow someone in a fight I usually have the ALT key pressed so I can self heal my champion with Kayle's W and get the movement speed boost. Since you can use ALT to self cast skills on this champion this is where I noticed the behavior happening, but I went to a custom game to test it on others champions and I could reproduce the issue on SOME of them. Worked on Udyr and Kayle. I tried with Annie but it does not seems to work with her. And while testing on different champions I noticed that when you buy the jungle item with the devourer enchant you CAN'T undo the purchase.

How to reproduce the issue:

1. Enter a game with Kayle or Udyr (Champions the issue can be reproduced for sure)
2. Notice that when you don't have the jungle item with the devourer enchantment you can HOLD the ALT key and while holding the key you can right click anywhere and the champion will move to the point you clicked.
3. Buy the the jungle item with the enchantment devourer.
4. HOLD the ALT key and notice that you can no longer right click and move the champion to the desired location. Also notice that you cannot undo the purchase you just made.

Well that's it. Let me know if anyone else noticed and could reproduce this issue so I can know that I am not the only one with the issue.
