[CLIENT] Champions not showing // Flickering Ban / Champ Select Client

The first issue I have is that my champions are showing in neither my collection page nor my champ select page. When I click the champions in the collection, it shows the unlock button but when I press unlock it says that I already own the champion. I've browsed online in attempt to rectify this issue, and I saw someone saying that it may be a network issue. I've tried resetting my internet and going to a different physical location in attempt to fix this issue and neither worked. The second issue is that after I click "accept" when queuing, the champion select page and the champion ban page starts bugging out and my screen starts flickering. Sometimes, I am not able to ban champions due to the bug itself, and when it gets really bad, I can't select my own champion and I end up dodging.
