Soulstealer Vayne not craftable

When you press right on the Gemstones in your hextech crafting menu, you don't get the option to forge 10 gemstones into the vayne skin.

They didn't say, but maybe she can only be rolled in crafting. Hextech Annie might be the only one avaialble from the gemstones.

Vayne will be available via gemstones. That's been confirmed.

Riot generally doesn't release skins the first day of the patch, so the skin probably just hasn't been released yet.

Each new champion so far has taken some time after the patch to be added to the Hextech system. Makes sense that the same happens with skins.
