Soulstealer Vayne not craftable

When you press right on the Gemstones in your hextech crafting menu, you don't get the option to forge 10 gemstones into the vayne skin.

They didn't say, but maybe she can only be rolled in crafting. Hextech Annie might be the only one avaialble from the gemstones.

Riot generally doesn't release skins the first day of the patch, so the skin probably just hasn't been released yet.
